Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60.
- Orders under $60 ship at a flat rate of $5.95.
- Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–9 business days after processing.
- Delivery to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the notification.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out and we'll help track it down.
