Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $5.95, and it's completely free on every order over $60.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–9 business days within the US and 7–14 business days to Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Right now we ship within the United States and Canada. More regions are coming soon.

Sizing & fit

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart rather than relying on your usual size.

What sizes do you carry?
Every style is offered in a full range from S to 3XL.

What if my dress doesn't fit?
No problem — you can return it within 14 days. The fastest way to get a different size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. See our full Returns & Refunds page for details.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Orders & payment

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never see or store your card details.

Can I use a discount code?
Absolutely — new customers get 15% off their first order with code WELCOME15 at checkout.
